NarrowAI Inc. is a SaaS based company providing RevenueSignals which is a Prescriptive AI platform that translates customer data into actionable insights that help brands retain, grow, and re-engage customers with precision.

This Privacy Notice describes NarrowAI Inc.’s policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. How we collect and use (process) your personal information
NarrowAI Inc. collects personal information about its website visitors and customers. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to:

Use of the NarrowAI Inc. Website
As is true of most other websites, NarrowAI Inc.’s website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of NarrowAI Inc.’s website, including a history of the pages you view. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. NarrowAI Inc. uses third-party service providers (including cloud hosting, website hosting, analytics, and email communications providers) to support the delivery and operation of our services and website. Personal information we collect may be stored or processed on systems operated by these service providers in Canada and/or other jurisdictions (for example, the United States), depending on where our providers maintain facilities and where the services are configured. Our third party sub processors include Wix and MailChimp.

NarrowAI Inc. is headquartered in Canada. However, we may use service providers (such as website hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers) that process or store personal information outside Canada, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by NarrowAI Inc. on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services that NarrowAI Inc. engages, located in the United States or Canada. NarrowAI Inc. retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the NarrowAI Inc. and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for NarrowAI Inc.’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with NarrowAI Inc.’s services. NarrowAI Inc. retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from NarrowAI Inc. systems. All personal data that NarrowAI Inc. controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
